The South Baldwin Literacy Council provided volunteers and friends with a phenomenal presentation by Hearts for Athletes to learn life-saving knowledge. We are so grateful for the opportunity to provide community members with this knowledge and provide a safer environment for our students!
Compass Media Book Drive

The South Baldwin Literacy Council received a wonderful donation from Compass Media in Orange Beach, AL! They held a book drive where each staff member brought in a favorite book. Turns out, we shared some favorites. Thank you to local businesses who support our mission! We are grateful to be surrounded by such a supportive community.
Full STEAM Ahead

The South Baldwin Literacy Council supported Foley Elementary School at their Full STEAM Ahead event. Several hundred students and their parents attended! It is always a pleasure serving the teachers, students, and staff of Foley Elementary school! We love our partnership!
BBQ & Blues Festival

The South Baldwin Literacy Council's new volunteer group, "Friends of SBLC", spent a beautiful Saturday in Foley's Heritage Park. Books were available for free, or for a small donation, to all who stopped by. All donations directly supported our mission! Thanks to all who stopped by to learn about our cause and made a donation! It takes a village and ours is wonderful!
