MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Volunteers are vital to the success of the South Baldwin Literacy Council. Without our volunteers, our community's literacy needs would not be met. In 2022 alone, we provided services to over 1,200 students. Our volunteers make an invaluable and intangible difference in our community. Volunteer opportunities are always available. From tutoring students to delivering books, we always have a place for you.

Make a Difference

I am thoroughly enjoying working with folks who, for whatever reason, didn't graduate from high school and are now trying to get their GED. It is so gratifying to see their motivation to improve themselves and their excitement when they succeed. The SBLC programs provide great opportunities to give back to our communities and to make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors!!
