MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Volunteers are vital to the success of the South Baldwin Literacy Council. Without our volunteers, our community's literacy needs would not be met. In 2022 alone, we provided services to over 1,200 students. Our volunteers make an invaluable and intangible difference in our community. Volunteer opportunities are always available. From tutoring students to delivering books, we always have a place for you.

Inspired by Resilience

Working with adults to achieve a lifetime goal of a diploma is an honor. I'm always amazed at the journey and resilience of each student. Even after several years, they still inspire me to continue volunteering to keep the dream alive for more eager students. Those ready to change their destiny.
