SOUTH BALDWIN LITERACY COUNCIL

Volunteers are vital to the success of the South Baldwin Literacy Council. Without our volunteers, our community's literacy needs would not be met. In 2022 alone, we provided services to over 1,200 students. Our volunteers make an invaluable and intangible difference in our community. Volunteer opportunities are always available. From tutoring students to delivering books, we always have a place for you.

SHARE OUR STORY WITH OTHERS AND RAISE AWARENESS FOR LITERACY NEEDS.
FUNDRAISING
RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT STUDENTS IN YOUR COMMUNITY.

ASSIST IN PREPARING FOR, EXECUTING, AND CONCLUDING SPECIAL EVENTS.

Short but Lasting Experience
I have only been working with the students for a few months. In that time, I have really enjoyed them. I have made good progress within that short time. Many just need a boost of confidence to know that they can do it! I look forward to my weekly tutoring and enjoy my time with the students.
